We offer the convenience of a secure online payment portal and happily accept cash. To secure your pet’s spot for boarding and training or training retreats, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required. While we understand your eagerness to be a part of your dog’s training retreat, we operate from our trainer’s home, and as such, we discourage unscheduled visits to maintain a focused and uninterrupted environment for our furry guests. However, for longer stays, we’re more than happy to pre-arrange visits with a minimum notice of 72 hours. Please note that additional fees may apply for extended visits. During your dog’s training retreat, they will enjoy the cozy comforts of our trainer’s home. Your pup is among a select group of less than 5 dogs, each having their own special place in our trainer’s spare bedroom. It’s a home away from home, providing all the comforts your furry friend deserves in a training retreat setting.
To ensure safety and security, dogs stay in crates, always having access to refreshing water. Your dog’s well-being and comfort are at the heart of our training retreat experience.
To ensure your dog feels right at home during their stay, please remember to pack enough of your dog’s food for the entire duration of their retreat. We provide cozy enclosures for our pups, so you don’t need to bring large beds; however, feel free to bring any smaller blankets or items that will make your dog feel comfortable.
For an extra special touch, pack your dog’s favorite treats for training sessions, and don’t forget their beloved toys. While we do our best to keep things tidy, please be aware that, being dogs, some toys or blankets may get soiled or misplaced during playtime. We appreciate your understanding, and we’re committed to creating a warm and enjoyable experience for your furry friend!
Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility and convenience while respecting the commitment involved in our services. You can cancel an existing lesson without penalty if you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice, and rescheduling is an option within this timeframe.
For Private Lesson services, please be aware that once the services have begun, no refunds will be provided. In the case of Training Retreats, the non-refundable deposits remain non-refundable. However, if you provide more than one week’s notice, we may explore the possibility of transferring the deposit to a future reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to accommodate your needs while maintaining the quality of our services.
