Growing up, I learned about dog training through Livingston County 4-H, developing a deep appreciation for canine behavior, communication, and training techniques.
After serving in the United States Marine Corps, where I completed missions in Djibouti, Iraq, and Afghanistan as part of the Female Engagement Team, I knew I wanted to continue serving—but in a new way. My love for dog training brought me back to my roots, and I dedicated myself to mastering training methods to help dogs and their owners build better relationships.
That passion led me to found Cadence K9 LLC in 2012, which I rebranded to Happy With Dogs, growing it into a leading training company helping pet parents across Michigan and Miami, FL.
